I am passionate about ensemble playing and combine work as a repétiteur and performance coach for singers and instrumentalists in South West London with public performances and teaching. In 2022, a new solo recital will feature music which explores the passage of time. I'm looking forward to collaborating again with Liz Benedetto (mezzo-soprano) and further performances of the Aeneas Ensemble with violinists Sylvia Eisermann and Julia Drager.
I studied music with Michael J Lambert, then with Peter Hill at the University of Sheffield, graduating with first class honours and receiving the Julian Payne and Blake Prizes, before moving to London and completing a Master's degree in Music Analysis and Theory at King's College. I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an Associate of the Royal Schools of Music (Distinction).
I am organist at St Elizabeth of Portugal Church in Richmond upon Thames; a founder member of the Aeneas Ensemble, Musician in Residence at the outstanding St Richard Reynolds Catholic College, Twickenham; and Assistant Conductor of the Strawberry Hill House Choir. I perform regularly with Cantanti Camerati and the Princess Alice Hospice choir, amongst other choral groups, and am in demand as an accompanist at the Richmond and Kingston Music Festivals, as well as concerts, auditions, diploma examinations and church services across London.
