Aeneas Ensemble: Tuesday 25 June 2024
Jon Booth, Julia Dräger and Sylvia Eisermann present a programme of works for two violins and piano at Bushy House, a former royal residence in Bushy Park, Teddington, in association with the Music Society of the National Physical Laboratory. The programme features J S Bach's Double Violin Concerto in D minor, and works by Fuchs, Schumann, Sarasate, Dvorak, Wagner and Moszkowski.
TEACHING AND COACHING
I find inspiration in and through music partly because of its unrivalled ability to engage people across cultures and generations. I prefer collaboration to competition in music and take an approach to teaching, coaching and performance which emphasises the importance of listening and communicating from the earliest days of playing an instrument through to recitals at diploma standard.
